Event registration (mainly requiring operator’s acceptance)

Event logging is done in real time via executive computers that collect information from individual controllers. Absolutely all events occurring in the system are recorded, e.g.: pressing the button, presenting the card, access authorization, switching on the light, operator logging into the system, device failures, communication interruptions between controllers and computer, etc.

Each event is recorded with the location, date, time and seconds of its occurrence. This also applies to operations requiring operator intervention. In this case, in addition to the information mentioned above, the operator’s code confirming the event or undertaking specific actions is also saved.

Events are saved in a database, in chronological order on external computers (servers). The saved data have ReadOnly status and are available to users only in Read-Only mode.
