Co 108, Co 109 electromagnetic locks have a housing, a front bar, a clamp and a rotary bolt made of stainless steel.

Both locks are equipped with bolt and door position sensors and have the ability to control with a key through a standard cylinder. The Co 108 lock is fail-secure (normally closed), i.e. it needs power to open, unlike the Co109 lock fail-safe (normally open), in which power is required to close. Locks are manufactured for 12 or 24 V supply voltage and allow for over two million open-close cycles without any maintenance. Co 108 and Co 109 electromagnetic locks are available as recessed versions and are suitable for horizontal mounting.
