PS-12STI/3S stabilizer

The PS-12STI / 3S stabilizer designed for mounting on RACK rails is used as a power source in the systems offered by Meco.

The stabilizer consists of two independent systems. The first of these is an independent rectifier that rectifies variable voltage from 3 to 45V. The second works in the voltage range from 12 to 24V. In addition to the non-stabilized output (DC OUT2), it also has a stabilized output (12V STAB.). For the correct operation of the stabilizer, a supply voltage of 16-24V is recommended.

The device is characterized by high performance and stability due to the use of pulse systems.

Output DC OUT1 Unstable voltage with a value corresponding to the input voltage supplied to the TRAFO1 input, reduced by 1.5V. The maximum current that can be drawn from the output depends on the degree of utilization of the other outputs. The total current drawn from all three outputs can be 3A. When we use only the first output, we can load it with 3A current.
Output DC OUT2 Unstable voltage with a value corresponding to the input voltage supplied to the TRAFO1 input, reduced by 1.5V. The maximum current that can be drawn from the output depends on the degree of utilization of the other outputs. The total current drawn from all three outputs can be 3A. When we use only the first output, we can load it with 3A current.
Output 12V STAB. Stabilized output voltage of 12V. The maximum output current that can be drawn from the output depends on the load on the other outputs and the power supply input. In case we only use this output: Maximum current, with a supply voltage in the range from 12 to 15V, fed to the TRAFO2 input is 0.5A. However, it is recommended to use voltages from 16 to 24V at which the stabilizer achieves maximum current efficiency, 3A.
