THS / FFV is a universal system for controlling powder, granular and other loose materials transported in pipes.

It includes a THS / G detector installed on a table, which also has a control terminal and an integrated mechanism that automatically removes contaminated products. The materials used to construct the system and in contact with controlled products have been carefully selected. They do not react with products, are easy to keep clean, and can be quickly replaced without using specialized tools. The properties of the metal detector are dependent on the type of head used. Thanks to the precise mechanism that removes contaminated products, inspection can take place very quickly without slowing down the production process. The system allows logging of all data related to its work, it can work alone or be connected to the network via an optional RS485 interface. The THS / FFV design meets the requirements of the HACCP norm to ensure the health safety of produced food.
