THS/MN metal detector

The THS / MN are metal detectors adapted to work in specific applications.

These metal detectors come in two versions: the first, optimized for needle search and intended for the textile industry, and the second, designed for checking products packed in aluminum foil. THS / MN metal detectors offer a high level of sensitivity, independent of the travel speed of the product being tested, and high resistance to interference occurring in an industrial environment, thus meeting the strict requirements of quality control systems according to ISO 9001. Due to the specificity of the application, the detectors detect metals with magnetic properties , others (such as aluminum) are ignored. They can also automatically adapt to the properties of tested products. THS / MN metal detectors allow statistics of controlled products (separately for each type), counting all controlled and contaminated products separately.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT

Calibration standards, barcode reader, remote terminals controlling the detector and the conveyor belt, software facilitating installation of the detector, enabling its control from a PC, managing controlled products and keeping statistics.
