The THS / PH21 system is intended for quality control of tablets, capsules, sachets, etc. in the pharmaceutical sector.

It can also be used in the food industry. The materials used to construct the system and in contact with controlled products have been carefully selected. They do not react with products, are easy to keep clean, and can be quickly replaced without using specialized tools. The THS / PH21 system offers a high level of sensitivity, independent of the travel speed of the product being tested, and high resistance to interference occurring in an industrial environment. It allows the detection of magnetic and non-magnetic metal impurities as well as stainless steel, even if they are present in minimal quantities. Thanks to the precise mechanism that removes contaminated products, inspection can take place very quickly without slowing down the production process. A power failure does not pose a risk of contamination. The system allows logging of all data related to its work, it can work independently or be connected to the network via an optional RS485 or Ethernet interface. THS / PH21 metal detectors meet the requirements of 21 CFR Part 210 and 211 standards, electronics – 21 CFR Part 11.
