THS/STD, THS/SL Metal detectors

Metal detectors THS / STD and their narrower version THS / SL, are designed for applications with limited space are the basic models of CEIA industrial detectors used to detect pieces of metal that may accidentally appear in industrial products.

These metal detectors offer a high level of sensitivity, independent of the travel speed of the product being tested, and high resistance to interference occurring in an industrial environment, thus meeting the strict requirements of quality control systems according to ISO 9001. Metal detectors allow the detection of magnetic and non-magnetic metals and stainless steel, they can also automatically adapt to the properties of tested products. THS / STD and THS / SL metal detectors allow statistics of controlled products (separately for each type), counting all controlled and contaminated products separately.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT

Calibration standards, barcode reader, remote terminals controlling the detector and the conveyor belt, software facilitating installation of the detector, enabling its control from a PC, managing controlled products and keeping statistics.
